According to LeanIn.org's State of Latinas in Corporate America report, Latinas hold only 1% of senior executive positions and 4% of professional managerial roles. Latinas are losing the most ground across the leadership pipeline, facing multiple obstacles along the way. This underrepresentation highlights the urgent need for targeted support and actionable strategies to promote Latina leadership and workplace equity.
The Take Charge Conference is dedicated to addressing these disparities. Spend a day engaging in sessions focused on career strategies, mindset development, and leadership. Take Charge is designed to empower Latinas, foster networking, and promote advancement and fairness in the workplace.
